Gender Pay Gap Report

UK employers with more than 250 employees on an annual ‘snapshot date’ are required to publish their gender pay gap. We reached this date on 5 April 2021.

What is the gender pay gap?

The gender pay gap, which should not be confused with equal pay, shows the difference in the average hourly rate of pay between women and men in the company and is expressed as a percentage of average male earnings. We have reported our mean and median gender pay gap, bonus gap, and distribution across pay quartiles.

We have also identified a number of actions that may help to reduce our gender pay gap.

Gender pay gap reporting will be an annual activity from now on.
