We are looking for a Unit Manager to join our team at Hinkley Point C

Due to the continued growth of our business we are searching for a Unit Manager to be based at one of our outlets at Hinkley Point C construction site. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detailed team leader to join a growing business that offers a challenging position within our team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties, which include:

  • Lead and develop our growing team within an operational unit
  • Manage and grow the day to day operations
  • Maximise sales and meet profit targets
  • Maintain our quality controls throughout the operation
  • Organise, lead, and motivate the team
  • Ensure full compliance in line with operating within a zero-harm culture
  • Carry out internal audits across our operations
  • Maintain and control stock levels

Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have qualifications HND/BTEC or proven relevant management experience at a similar level. RSPH Level Three award Managing Food Safety & Hygiene or similar professional qualification in relevant Food Safety subject.
